Grass Fed 1/4 Share Deposit

Grass finished 1/4 beef is 95 pounds.

40% Premium Ground Beef (35-40 pounds) 

35% Savory Cuts: Roasts and Stew Meat 

25% Steaks: Ribeye, Sirloin Tip, T-Bone

How it works: When you reserve your share of KFM Cattle Co. beef, the process begins. Then, from the herd, the best animal is selected, processed by our local USDA-certified butcher, and aged for a premium tenderness. It is then packaged, shipped, and ready to enjoy!

Deposits: Your 1/4 Beef deposit is only $200. This non-refundable deposit will hold your share until it is ready to deliver. Your final payment will be $895 and is based on a cut and wrapped weight of 90 pounds totaling $1,095. (approx. $12.16/lb). An invoice will be provided when your beef has been processed and ready to deliver!

Packaging: Each cut of beef will be individually wrapped and labeled. Ground beef comes in convenient 1.5 pound packages.

Freezer Space:  1/4 Beef requires Approximately  3-4 cubic ft. of freezer space.
